According to the American Cancer Society, colorectal cancer is the third leading cause of cancer-related deaths in men and women. You and your loved ones are invited to join us to find out how to lower the risk of colorectal cancer. Health screenings can help detect cancer early when it's easiest to treat. If you qualify, you can sign up to get a FREE FIT Kit for colorectal cancer screening, even if you're not a member of Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois.
